Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe Clinic Nurse Supervisor in Cass Lake, Minnesota
Division: Health Reports to: Licensed Assisted Living Director Worksite: Red Cedar Assisted Living Work Hours: M-F, 8:00am to 4:30pm some evenings, weekends, holidays and on call. LLBO Status: Non-exempt Safety Sensitive: Yes License/Certification Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license, current insurance, or be insurable. Licensed as a Registered Nurse. CPR/BLS. Summary: The Clinical Nurse Supervisor provides direction, coordination, supervision and implementation of professional and supportive services to residents/elders in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor assures that residents/elders are treated with respect and dignity, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence. The Clinical Nurse Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating resident/elder care to ensure the highest quality of care for the residents.
