Location : we are happy to consider candidates located in a commutable distance to our sites in Harlow or Ridings Point. We have a hybrid approach to home-working!

Overall Job Purpose

The role of Associate Director, Digital Product Management and Transformation is to work closely with all stakeholders and teams across the business to deliver digital solutions that improve customer interactions, marketing activities, internal operations and new product launches. A key part of this role will be working with stakeholder teams to confirm business outcomes to be delivered by digital solutions. Equally important will be ensuring the digital solutions are communicated and embedded within the business teams, success is measured, and delivery is successfully orchestrated via central delivery teams.

A Day in the Life of an Associate Director, Digital Product Management and Transformation…

  • You will develop, articulate and agree a comprehensive roadmap of digital improvement, aligned with business objectives, operational and new product launch requirements.

  • You will lead the delivery of digital initiatives (transformation of customer facing channels, web estate and process automation) by liaising with the Global IT and Digital delivery teams

  • You will lead, mentor, and support a team of digital product and project managers fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

  • You will engage with senior stakeholders to understand their digital strategies, objectives, and requirements

  • You will drive the adoption of new processes and technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption

  • You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team and across the organisation

  • You will establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the impact of the digital initiatives

  • You will use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic adjustments

Are you...?

  • Passionate for innovation and continuous improvement through digital solutions?

  • Experienced in working with digital agencies and global delivery teams to deliver digital sales and marketing initiatives?

  • Experienced in leading successful transformation of a web estate from external agencies to internal delivery teams?

  • Experienced in building digital capabilities within a business to underpin sales and marketing activities, digital product management delivery and digital process improvement?

Do you have…?

  • Proven experience in delivery of digital marketing and operational improvement initiatives and ideally in a pharmaceutical organisation (or related industry)?

  • Proven experience of leading a digital initiatives and change (including channel transformation and process automation) in a highly regulated sector; including substantial experience in leading and delivering complex digital change projects in a highly matrixed environment.?

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing product owners?

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels?

  • Global experience and cultural awareness, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different regions?
