TEKsystems Bilingual- Customer Service Associate- FULLY REMOTE- Must Reside Near Baltimore, MD in Catonsville, Maryland
TEKsystems is hiring a large group of Bilingual Customer Service Associates to work FULLY REMOTE assisting on a long-term government project.
These positions will offer FULLY REMOTE capability; however, applicants must reside within 30 minutes of the Baltimore, MD area to be eligible.
This is a customer support role which will focus on assisting customers in an inbound call center capacity. These positions will entail call volume of around 40-50 calls per day . NO COLD CALLS.
JOB DESCRIPTION
These individuals are responsible for answering all inbound calls out of their work que
Providing excellent customer service on every call
Inputting all notes from calls into the database
Performing follow up calls when needed policy inquiries from policy holders and agents
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must be bilingual
1-2 + years of customer service or call center experience required
Ability to learn new systems efficiently
Strong computer skills are required
Able to handle a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task
SHIFTS/HOURS AVAILABLE
MON-FRI 11am-8pm EST
MON-FRI 12pm- 9pm EST
SAT-TUES 11am - 9pm EST
PAY
17/hr.
