Responsibilities
Field Service:
Supervise on-site equipment installation.
Partner with customers for excellent communication and service.
Assist Field Service Manager with daily customer service inquiries.
Conduct preventative maintenance at customer facilities.
Technical Expertise:
Investigate and resolve customer reported equipment problems.
Perform routine equipment repairs.
Ensure new/modified installations meet industry standards, company standards, and customer specifications.
Review performance reports and inspect malfunctioning equipment to diagnose problems.
Analyze inspections to determine repair/replacement needs.
Troubleshoot, dismantle, and reassemble machines according to specifications.
Conduct preventative maintenance at customer facilities.
Communication and Reporting:
Coordinate problem resolutions with internal departments.
Maintain service records.
Submit reports to Field Service Manager and Quality Department.
Recommend corrective actions for recurring equipment problems.
Safety:
Strictly adhere to company and customer safety requirements (PPE, Job Safety Analysis, paperwork, etc.).
The essential functions of this role include:
- working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
