The Digital Capabilities Project Coordinator will be at the forefront of transformative projects that will redefine our digital acquisition strategies.

This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of project management to spearhead initiatives that will have a significant impact on our business. The primary focus will be on leading the implementation of a new onboarding journey, designed to optimize the experience for new card members. This will involve an adequate follow up and planning of the project working closely with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with external vendors to ensure seamless integration and execution. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation across all acquisition channels, leveraging their project management expertise to deliver results that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsabilities:

  • -Serve as the project lead for the implementation of a new onboarding journey, coordinating efforts across all relevant areas and managing external vendor relationships.

  • -Plan and follow up on project milestones, ensuring that costs, scope, and schedules are controlled effectively.

  • -Oversee teams and individual tasks, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards and are completed on time.

  • -Focus on delivering high-quality results, implementing full end-to-end testing to identify and address potential issues before the launch.

  • -Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  • -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement innovative digital acquisition strategies.

  • -Manage end-to-end projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

  • -Analyze and monitor the performance of digital acquisition channels, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • -Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and acquisition, applying relevant insights to enhance our capabilities.

  • -Ensure that all digital acquisition activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • -Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise updates on project progress and outcomes. Mandatory Qualifications:
