How will you make an impact in this role?

International Card Services – Strategic Planning - The Process and Continuous Improvement Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying and leveraging opportunities to optimize processes and improve quality and operational efficiency: Consumer and SBS credit and service cards. This position is designed for an ambitious and proactive professional, with a clear objective: to become a reference within the organization, capable of transforming deviations and impacts into concrete actions and tangible results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced models for the optimization of manual processes, allowing for a more strategic focus in identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Actively manage the service and credit card channel, ensuring sustained growth through the measurement and identification of operational, quality, and post-acquisition performance efficiencies.

  • Implement predictive models for forecasts and trends, improving strategic decision-making.

  • Conduct compelling and detailed presentations to directors and key stakeholders, ensuring understanding and support for improvement initiatives.

  • Drive billing, revenue growth and profitability through advanced analytical techniques

  • Maximize business returns by institutionalizing efficient and accurate models

  • Ideate and contribute to innovations to help solve business problems

  • Analyze large amounts of data to derive business insights and create innovative solutions

  • Development of recommendations and strategies to enable consultative support to the leadership team

Minimum Qualifications

Proven analytical skills, ability to consolidate and storytelling to director and managers, for value insights drilling action to improve revenue.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion, energy, personal accountability, and a desire to learn and grow.

  • High level of integrity when handing confidential information.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly with a willingness to continuously improve.

  • Active listening skills, summarization skills and lateral thinking to uncover and react to emerging opportunities.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and make decisions quickly and effectively.

  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently

  • Good Programming skills are a must

  • Excellent problem formulation and solving skills

  • Python (Pyspark, pandas)

  • SQL (SQL server, Postgre SQL, MySQL)

  • Excel expert

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

  • Previous experience in analysis and process improvement roles, preferably in the financial services sector.

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, industrial engineering, or related fields.
