 Responsible for execution of tasks related to Recruitment and HR Operations, to name a few:

I. Recruitment - Candidate Screening, Candidate Sourcing, Candidate Communication, Candidate Stacking, Update RIS (Requisition Information Summary), Requisition Build/Update/Closure, Delete Reqs

II. Benefits - Completion of Government Numbers, Group Insurance Enrollment/Deletion, HMO - Group Enrollment, Life Insurance - Group Enrollment, Medical Check - up Authorization Issuance, Statutory Enrollment, Wellness Survey Administration, HR Helpdesk Support

III. Employee Records - COE Letter Corrections, COE Requisition & EE Verification, Contract Management

IV. New Hire Onboarding -New Hire Employment Status Change Administration, New Hire Docs Administration, Post - joining Admin Task, Pre - employment Admin Task, Pre employment Requirement checking, Preparation of job offer letter

 Ensures KPI metrics (Attendance, Prod%, Average Processing Time, Turn-Around Time, Quality targets) are fully met or even exceeds expectations

 Collaborate with SME/ COE to resolve more complex queries or work on requests

 Ensure that the Desktop Procedures (DTPs) are updated

 Initiate and own process improvement projects to enhance the system, process workflow and design for any scope to ensure efficiency and quality of work

 Share best practices, promote cooperation, positivity and camaraderie to achieve team performance metrics
