The Walt Disney Company Sr. T&E Industry Analyst in Celebration, Florida

Global Travel manages and executes complex travel processes with an emphasis on exceptional customer service while generating significant cost savings for the Company. We coordinate and manage individual and group travel arrangements for all corporate travelers in accordance with company guidelines.

The Sr. T&E Industry Analyst will provide superior contracting support to help build and maintain global 3rd party vendor relationships (e.g. travel management companies, airlines, hotels, car rental companies, etc.). This role is responsible for reviewing and organizing contract documentation, auditing pricing and coordinating vendor meetings to ensure vendor execution of services meet or exceed contracts. The position will deliver customer service support to travelers, studio productions, and stakeholders resolving challenges and ensuring compliance while delivering a consistent experience.

What You Will Do:

As a Sr. T&E Industry Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Build relationships with global vendors and coordinate contractual agreements and enhancements, which include various analysis and negotiation support along with scheduling business reviews

  • Research potential vendor qualifications against existing preferred travel vendors to identify opportunities

  • Collaborate with the Environmental Sustainability team to support company sustainability tracking/goals

  • Conduct rate audits for vendor agreements and communicate vendor errors to ensure reconciliation or corrective actions

  • Manage contract related uploads to legal systems of record, vendor account implementations, and distribute relevant updates to partners and stakeholders

  • Assist with analyzing weekly production listings in various formats while updating internal tracking tools for current production portfolio

  • Ensure over 1,000 hotels are compliant to Disney’s policies including virtual payment solutions and coordinate weekly updates

  • Professionally address traveler or production related challenges and problem solve to expedite correction or adjustment with a sense of urgency

  • Monitor certificates of insurance and car rental damage claims, working with Risk Management as needed for critical issue

  • Maintain and distribute vendor contact information, frequent traveler program information, and leisure offers as changes occur

  • Adhoc reporting to key partners

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3 years of vendor management and travel industry problem solving

  • Demonstrate an ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan work activities to use time effectively, and always be ready to handle a multitude of urgent matters

  • Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to convey messages concisely to communicate complex information both verbally and in writing

  • Possess a strong work ethic and team mentality

  • Strong decision making and analytical abilities

  • Passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for travelers

  • Demonstrate strong technical skills in a Windows environment, specifically using Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sabre GDS experience

  • SQL experience

  • Tableau experience

  • Demonstrated leadership experience

  • Master’s degree in Business or equivalent

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
