Job Summary
The telehealth team is a small but mighty team that works as a start up! Telehealth is a tool for direct
patient care, clinician to clinician consultation, public health, and health education delivery using
technologies. Team member must be entrepreneurial, hard worker, self starter that takes initiative,
detailed oriented with impeccable follow through, task master, ability to learn quickly and manage
multiple projects/locations/programs, critical thinker, comfortable learning and teaching technology and
interacting with IT departments. Must be able to work in high pressure situations with executives,
physicians and rural clinical staff. As a small team everyone pitches in, provides help and support
regardless of the specific task at hand. Team members have primary focus areas with an expectation
that all team members assist and learn every aspect of the telehealth program. The position is customer
facing and requires good communication skills via phone, email and video, ability to train end users (not
technical training), create basic how to training for beginning end users, create written training materials,
manage inventory and ordering of video systems, basic project management skills to complete onsite
equipment installations and ongoing management/tracking of systems in the field, ability to speak with IT
department for tier 2 technical issues. The position will be the primary contact with IT departments at
hospitals, clinics, and physician practices. The program coordinator will need to learn and become an
expert user on the telehealth technologies. This includes video systems, video carts, online video
systems, the apps related to video systems, the management tools for the video systems, medical
peripherals, remote home monitoring devices, and all future telehealth technologies used by the
organization. Travel required within Colorado and western Kansas.
Qualifications:

Education Requirements
High School Diploma OR GED, Required
Minimum Experience Requirements
3 years IT experiences either directly working in IT or working with IT departments.
Google Suite
SharePoint, Visio, Publisher preferred
Technology savvy
Basic project management skills
License/Certifications Requirements
Valid Driver License
