Wilk Paving is seeking a full time individual to join their Grade Crew. Duties to include working with earthwork crew primarily preparing job sites for hot mix asphalt paving. Light Excavation, fine grading, cold planing, etc. Must have the ability to operate a variety of equipment. Attention to detail and experience with establishing and maintaining grades, on site training will be provided. Looking for self motivated, willing to learn, flexible individuals. Willing and able to work long hours in varying weather conditions. Must have a non-commercial driver\'s license (CDL B preferred but not required). Health insurance, 401K Retirement Plan and Paid Holidays (in season).
