Job Description:

PURPOSE

The Customer Service Digital Develoment Specialist drives digital development for Customer Services in Europe, identifying and working on projects, tools development, systems and processes to drive digital agenda for better Customer Experience.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Work closely with global, regional and local IT and developer teams to deploy projects, automation solutions, and process optimization opportunities to the EMEA CS teams.

  • SPOC for IT tickets for EPC Prague: Triage and execution of changes and on-going maintenance of the digital tool sets and platforms to ensure stability.

  • Internal Trainer for onboarding of new joiners and sales (tools and processes), and on ad-hoc basis other local teams across Europe

  • Project Management: Identify opportunities for improvement and automation of (internal/external) tools and processes. Work with stakeholders to develop digital tools to drive automation, adoption and the efficiency and effectiveness of the operational CS teams.

  • Provide on-going and accurate feedback and updates to stakeholders regarding progress on developing, designing and implementing digital capability platforms, software and tools.

Job Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Sound understanding across Order to Cash process

  • Advanced in SAP SD, SAP SALES and other modules

  • Strong soft skills, diplomacy and patience

  • Excellent English (other EU language welcome)
