Within the group, Nobel Biocare is an implantology business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.
In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.
What is your role going to look like?
Together with 8 team members you will be supporting the market for DACH
Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams
Big part of your day will be order management - receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.
You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients
You can expect receiving requests primarily via phone or email (CRM)

Job Requirements:

C2 in German and fluent in English
Customer centric approach
