PURPOSE

We are one of the largest global dental products companies, and we are looking for a new colleague who would help us within our Prague office with receiving and welcoming visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and supporting us with small administrative tasks related to our facility. ACCOUNTABILITIES

At our new and modern office located at Palmovka with over 450 employees, we offer workstations equipped with height adjustable desks, a barrier-free designed workplace as well as garage parking for our colleagues.

We are currently looking for a new colleague to our team who would help us with the following:

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and directing them (including international visitors)

• Preparing and collecting entrance cards for our new joiners or visitors

• Receiving and sorting daily e-mail communication

• Providing support with internal events (ordering refreshments, managing the related logistics)

• Receiving post and packages from carriers

• Helping with small administrative tasks (maintaining the list of visitors, etc.)

Job Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• No previous experience needed; we will provide training.

• Positive attitude towards visitors

• Intermediate oral and written Czech and English

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook and Excel)

• Attention to details.
