Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive analysis.

  • Proposal Writing: Assist in drafting and editing sales proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.

  • AI Tools Savvy: Utilize AI tools and software to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize marketing strategies.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events.

  • LinkedIn Research: Use LinkedIn and other professional networks to research and connect with potential leads.

  • Cold Calling: Develop and refine cold-calling skills to reach potential clients and set up meetings.

  • Content Creation: Support the creation of engaging content for marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, and newsletters.

  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and timely information.

  • Event Support: Assist in organizing and promoting sales events, webinars, and trade shows.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using AI tools and software (e.g., chatbots, data analytics tools).

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
