Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented ERP Sr. Enterprise Architect (Remote) to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for reviewing, validating and expanding the overall Parsons Digital Application (ERP) Strategy & Roadmap, coordinating a multi-year implementation, development and deployment process, leading a technological and cultural change to management and operational processes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Initiate a global ERP design and strategy for implementation activities in cooperation with the System Integrator and other Consultant Advisors that are involved in the initial ERP Implementation, Change Management and rollout.
Review and extend the overall Parsons ERP Strategy and Roadmap, and Coordinate a Multi-Year adoption process
Facilitate the development and coordination of the overall Parsons ERP, Data & Integration Architecture
Lead and facilitate an overall Parsons IT and Shadow IT Cultural Change Management / Adoption of ERP Architecture
Establish and govern the ERP Center of Excellence (COE)
Provide a direct relationship with ERP Vendors as a service providers
Provide direction and guidance to system integrators, internal and external project managers
Provide architectural consulting expertise, direction, and assistance to systems analysts, IT ERP engineers, and other systems architects.
Lead and guide the development of the current and future state of data management for all sources pertinent to ERP components, including interfacing systems, data cleansing, governance and change controls
Work with ERP Hosting cloud services to design and manage an IT ERP infrastructure capacity plan.
Develop, document, communicate, and enforce a ERP technology standards policy.
Conduct research on emerging ERP technologies in support the overall ERP Digital Application strategy & Roadmap efforts and recommend technologies and solutions that will increase cost effectiveness, personnel efficiency and quality, reduce areas of technical debt, and eliminate functional gaps.
Developing the Enterprise Architecture
Coordinating all Enterprise Architecture activities locally and globally
Auditing compliance within the Enterprise Architecture standards
Serving as advisor to senior business management on business and information integration strategies
Developing and implementing new products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results.
May direct the work of other lower-level professionals or manage processes and programs.
Serve as the champion for all activities at all levels for the adoption and changes necessary in the culture at Parsons.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
4 year degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, system analysis, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
15+ Years Technical and Professional Experience in most all IT Domains: Business, Infrastructure, Application, Data, Integration, Security.
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in the IT field focusing on development projects, DevOps and technical architecture specifically.
Strong architecture & design experience (at least 3 of the 10 years) of experience deploying enterprise applications on AWS.
At least 3 to 5 years of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) experience and or monolithic to microservices code transformation
Expertise in large-scale, high-performance enterprise big data application deployment and solution architecture on complex heterogeneous environments in AWS.
Experience providing DevOps solutions to US Federal Government contracts and meeting NIST 800-171/CMMC compliance
Extensive expertise in Agile and DevOps approaches, and experience using many of the tools common to a Development/Test Tool Suite.
Oracle Enterprise Performance Management experience and experience and certifications
Deltek Costpoint and related SaaS Hosting and related Modules expertise and Certifications.
Certifications in one or more of the standard ERP Hosting Technologies: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Microsoft Solutions Architect, Google SAP Architect - Professional
Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience with ERP products and in particular recent large implementation experience with Ariba, Deltek Costpoint and related modules as well as other roadmap business capabilities including Financial Management, Program & Project Management, Resource Management.
Experience developing or managing DevOps solutions that rely on Deltek-based, Oracle or similar cloud service providers
Experience in architecting and deploying a multi-tenant DevOps Software Factory Service Offering in a NIST 800-171/CMMC environment
Experience engaging in business development and capture efforts to include writing for white papers, RFI responses, and proposals
Executive level of Deltek Costpoint and Oracle EPM/Fusion expertise

Salary Range:
$126,600.00 - $227,900.00
