Job Title: Manufacturing Tech

Job Description

Join our team as a Manufacturing Tech and play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our production process. Your responsibilities will include picking up trash and cleaning the facility, assisting machine operators with offloading materials, and abiding by all safety regulations. You will also manually move buckets and vats of flavors, and assist with mixing, blending, and compounding products. Additionally, you will perform various duties around the facility to provide support when team members are absent.

Work Environment

This role requires working in a flavor and fragrances environment where a variety of scents such as vanilla, garlic, and fish oil are prevalent. All necessary personal protective equipment will be provided, but be prepared for persistent smells. Shifts available include 1st shift (6:00am – 2:30pm) and 2nd shift (3:30pm – 12:00am). Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends when needed, including 12-hour days and Saturdays during high production periods.
