Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a 12-month internship in GE HealthCare (GEHC) Indirect Sourcing. This varied role will support all sourcing functions across EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) including supporting communication and execution of Sourcing strategies to ensure realization of the business objectives including Total Cost Productivity, Preferred Supplier utilization, Cash & Compliance activities.

Essential Responsibilities:

Assist GE HealthCare Business Sourcing team to:

• Support implementing Business Sourcing Initiative projects

• Vendor Master Data updates

• GEHC’s Purchase Order portal vendor clean-up/rationalization program

• CLMA (Contract Database) Support and leverage

• Communicate to business stakeholders

• Provide administrative support to Business Sourcing team

• Lead data gathering and analysis process(es)

• Lead spend analysis for GE HealthCare Sourcing team

• Support the management of contract archiving and tracking

• Manage saving reporting and tracking

• Support preparation and update financial data of project for project reviews

• Support supplier negotiation, e-Sourcing and communication

• Contribute to building and implementing best-in-class sourcing processes

• Create & Distribute Performance Dashboards

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Excellent communication and networking skills

  • Ongoing university studies

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Confident Excel, Power Point, Word knowledge

  • Project management and change management experience
