Job Description Summary
The Artwork Management System (AMS) System Administrator is a pivotal role in the Regulatory Information Management group and in this role you will have responsibility for ensuring the validated state for the Artwork Management System. The Artwork Management System helps ensure proper development and approval of printed packaging materials (PPM) for GE HealthCare (GEHC) Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) products. To ensure the validated state of AMS, as the Systems Administrator, you will need to provide day-to-day system and user support, provision user access, monitor system performance, work with the system vendor and the GEHC IT function to manage and implement system development.

Job Description
Responsibilities
System Administration for the GxP compliant artwork management system ensure maintenance of the validated state
Manage User accounts and provide user support
Manage system configuration and modification
Find solutions to application errors, defects, and requested enhancements as reported by the user community
Responsible for Performance Qualification of artwork management system
Monitor system service levels and system performance
Maintain accurate procedures, work instructions, and user training material
Support Supplier IT and Security assessments
Other relevant tasks based on person’s qualifications and experience, and current needs within the Regulatory Information Management function
Required Qualifications and Skills
Proven success in System/Database Administrator role
Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives/ensuring the system meets business needs/driving improvement to drive IT projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate issues in English in an easy-to-understand manner
Ability to schedule/prioritize workload
Ability to summarize key information clearly and concisely; listen and absorb communication from others
Min 5 years work experience
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
Knowledge of Inform Document Control (DC) and Inform Content Compare (CC) or similar software
Previous experience in the Quality & Life Sciences Quality
Professional certification
Effective analytical skills and the ability to summarize information and offer solutions
Positive and outgoing personality
