Part-Time Opportunity for Bilingual Team Leads

Our client, a leader in Beauty and Personal Care Retail Distribution, is seeking Bilingual Team Leads to join their team. As a Bilingual Team Lead, you will be an essential part of the Distribution Department, supporting and training bilingual Material Handlers while assisting in translating between team members and management. Your primary role will be to ensure smooth communication and workflow for Spanish-speaking team members, providing guidance on warehouse operations and maintaining productivity standards.

E-COMMERCE Dept - Part-Time, Weekend Shifts

Schedule & Pay:

• Friday-Sunday: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM | $19.50 / Hour

• Friday-Sunday: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM | $20.50 / Hour

What’s the Job?

• Acting as a translator and point of communication for Spanish-speaking Material Handlers

• Training bilingual Material Handlers on warehouse processes and safety protocols

• Staging products within the warehouse

• Picking and packing orders accurately using established practices

• Utilizing headsets, RF scanners, or other tools as required by the client

• Safely moving products to and from pallet racks using powered material handling equipment

• Organizing warehouse storage space efficiently

What’s Needed?

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)

• 6 months of previous experience working in a warehouse environment

• Leadership experience or ability to supervise and train a team

• Background check and drug screen

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. repeatedly

• Standing throughout your work shift

• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Flexibility to work overtime during peak season

• RF Scanner and Pallet Jack experience
