Warehouse Customer Service Representative
Job Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and issues - Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs - Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately - Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality - Provide information about products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Experience: - Previous experience in customer service is preferred - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to speak English fluently; being bilingual or multilingual is a plus - Proficiency in data entry - Sales experience is beneficial but not required
