Conduct initial assessments of prospective residents. Ensure coordination of care with providers. Implement effective systems, policies, and procedures. Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and unlicensed staff Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive team environment and promote a healthy workplace culture.
