Specific Duties:

• Follows all safety policies and procedures. Including wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintains housekeeping to acceptable standards
• Ability to read and interpret material data sheets to ensure product is used according to manufacturers recommendations.
• Proper trouble shooting and maintenance of coating application equipment.
• Ability to perform repair work on faulty coating applications as needed.
• Ability to interpret blueprints.
• Working knowledge on all aspects of masking product.
• Following approved processes and procedures in the application of all coating methods.
• Ability to make the correct quality decisions while applying coating methods.
• Ability to perform job duties in a repeatable form to ensure product consistency.
• Operation of thickness testing equipment.
• Assist in other departments as business requires.
• All other duties as request by supervisor/management.

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to safely operate hand tools requiring dexterity.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Handle material with forklifts.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with factory supervisor.
• Must be able to work in a custom manufacturing environment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work overtime.

Experience:

• High school or equivalent preferred
• Urethane/rubber lining or bedliner experience preferred
• Automotive body work experience - preferred
