About this role:
As a Senior Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to solve complex business problems to ultimately improve risk mitigation, efficiency and/or customer experience. As part of the Operations Analytics team for Auto, you will be working within a collaborative setting that values your perspective, motivates you to shoulder additional responsibilities, fosters ongoing learning, and rewards innovative contributions.

In this role, you will:
Identify business problems and opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions using data and analytics
Build targeted insights to design new policies and processes to deliver results tied to Wells Fargo Auto's business imperatives
Improve credit performance by analyzing historical data and future consumer credit trends, and designing and executing tests using rigorous monitoring and analysis
Drive stakeholder alignment through data-driven insights, strong written and oral communications, and sound business knowledge
Work independently to make recommendations and implement them demonstrating strong results-focus on both short- and long-term goals
Collaborate on implementation efforts for a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, optimizing efficiency, and improving customer experience
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
3+ years of experience in Strategy and/or Analytics
2+ years of experience in Financial Services or Management Consulting
2+ years of experience in SAS, SQL, Python or equivalent
