CACI is looking for a Resource and Business Operations Specialist to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment. The position will support staffing for proposal development, vendor management for subcontractors and Contractor Team Arrangements (CTA), and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience managing partner relationships, staffing, onboarding, and be adept at collaborating with SMEs to thoroughly vet new requirements and have excellent written and verbal skills. This location will be Chantilly, VA. w/a Hybrid schedule.

What You’ll Get to Do:

As a Resource and Business Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in the PMO by supporting the Program Manager in planning and monitoring program activities, managing staffing strategy for RFQs and proposals, supporting Business Operations Managers in monitoring staffing numbers, subcontracts, onboarding, corporate programs (internships, corporate wellness events, etc..), lead efforts to support employee engagement and morale both with recognition and events, and lead special projects spanning multiple functions and geographies. While working within the role you will be creating and maintaining many of the core processes are streamlined and operating effectively, ensuring that they align to program and DAF standards.

More About the Role:

  • Contributes to development and improvement of standards and processes for onboarding CACI, subcontractors, CTA’s onto the Program.

  • Develops, executes, and manages staffing strategy for RFQs and proposals

  • Perform other related duties working on standardize vital business processes, draft deliverables, and provide performance support activities that provide CDRLs.

  • Supports vendor management of Business Operations and interface with the senior levels of the vendor organization.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Develop and implement business strategies and plans to improve operational efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

  • Must be a team player with the ability to interact with multiple people to complete the mission successfully.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).

  • Demonstrated experience supporting IDIQ and BPA contracts.

  • Experience monitoring performance and timelines across multiple contract awards.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

  • Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of financial data.

  • Ability to read and interpret management policy, regulations, and directives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Products

  • Ability to work effectively with a group or independently.

  • Ability to effectively manage several tasks simultaneously.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$99,800 - $219,600
