SAIC Facilities Master Planner in CHANTILLY, Virginia
Description
SAIC is seeking a top-notch Facilities Master Planner to join our talented team in Chantilly, VA . This position is responsible for ensuring the facilities master planning has a solid foundation focused on the technical capabilities and needs of the Enterprise. To qualify for this role, you must have an active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
SAIC provides full service facility management support to a major organization in the Intelligence community. We conduct end-to-end project management and facility engineering functions for locations throughout the world. At the HQ-level we perform all manner of planning, programming and execution oversight for a portfolio in the hundreds of millions per year.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the development of the facilities master plan and participating in the associated working groups
Act as a project manager in the development of the master plans - tracking, developing, and managing requirements, Statements of Work, milestones, data gathering, meetings, and briefings
Serve as the lead in strategic planning meetings
Oversee the facilities assessment program
Coordinate with partners and stakeholder regarding the master plans
Assist with data collection and analysis for Government-wide data calls
Advise, facilitate, and coordinate on the technical aspects of managing real property programs and projects.
Develop enterprise facilities strategies based on regional and installation master plans and area development plans
Coordinate major facility acquisition and disposal planning
Report progress towards performance metrics for facility optimization.
Monitor the Consolidated Facility Project List (CFPL) for future recapitalization and capital investment needs.
Performing annual needs assessment updates with input from all stakeholders
Developing alternative courses of action and make recommendations to senior leadership for future capital investments.
Develop strategies for identifying, costing, prioritizing and addressing the most critical work that meets the highest objectives of the Enterprise mission
Communicate clear goals and desired outcomes to a variety of audiences, provide quantitative and qualitative graphic materials for decision-making.

Qualifications
Active TS/SCI with polygraph
Bachelor's degree Business, Engineering, Science, or Math field with 15 years of DoD and/or NRO experience
Note: Additional years professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Five years of experience with strategic facility planning
Focus on Customer Service
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in a Business, Engineering, Science, or Math Field.
Knowledge of facility operations & maintenance activities and procedures.
Experience with MS Project or equivalent scheduling tool
Project Management Institutes’ PMP or equivalent project management certification.
