Job Title: Structural Engineer
Job Description
Seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to develop structural designs for renovations and upgrades to existing buildings. This role involves the development of requirements, technical review of design packages, and occasional design work. The successful candidate will prepare design packages including structural and/or civil engineering calculations, design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for various renovation projects. Responsibilities also include performing technical reviews of design packages, providing technical input to proposal development, supporting the design process from concept through delivery, and serving as a project manager or design manager on some projects.

Work Site
Fully on site in Indian Head, Maryland, with hybrid opportunity after the first 90 days.
Work Environment
The position is based at a federal site in Indian Head, MD with a hybrid schedule possible after 90 days, allowing for 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week.
