Benefits Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Benefit Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits and systems, with a focus on customer service.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain employee benefit programs
Conduct regulatory reporting to ensure compliance
Utilize HRIS system - Dayforce and benefit carrier portals
Facilitate employee benefit enrollments during the year and open enrollment
Support HR team with various administrative tasks
Manage leave programs in coordination with third party leave administrator
-Assist with workers compensation administration
Experience
Proven experience in Employee Benefit functions such as FMLA, workers' compensation, and regulatory reporting
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
