Description This position is FT/40 hours a week and day shift Monday-Friday, Rotating weekends and holidays at Geauga Medical Center. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide quality sonographic images in a timely manner. Assures a safe and clean environment. Maintains knowledge of technical skills. Successfully completes ultrasound scans. Answers the phone and completes documentation appropriately. Collaborates effectively with staff/co-workers. Demonstrates age-specific knowledge. Adheres to hospital safety standards Perform , follow protocol, and maintain competency for High Level Disinfection procedures Take responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment Provide age-specific care to patients from neonates through geriatrics Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
