BAYADA offers CNAs and Home Health Aides (HHAs) the following benefits:

• Base Pay: $16 - $18 / hour depending on qualifications

Qualifications for CNA/HHA – Home Health Aide:

• Minimum one year work experience

• One year work experience providing hands on care OR Home Health Aide Certificate OR Certified Nursing Assistant License

Job Responsibilities for CNAs & HHA – Home Health Aides:

• Activities of daily living

• Light housekeeping

• Bathing

• Grooming

• Toileting

• Nail care

• Range of motion / exercises

• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

• Oral feeding

• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration

• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.

• Assisting with ambulation

• Medication assistance
