Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support an Engineering Client. This client is a leader in the environmental and engineering sectors, helping commercial, industrial, and federal clients meet ecological standards and tackle complex challenges.
The ideal candidate will have a background in payroll and onboarding, as well as strong communication, customer service, and time management skills.
Running Bi-weekly Payroll in ProLiant
Overseeing and managing employee benefits
Overseeing onboarding of new employees
Answering and attending to employee questions and concerns

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of HR experience, specifically in Benefits and Payroll
Experience doing onboarding and e-verify
Bachelors Degree
Strong Communication, Customer Service, and Time Management Skills Experience using ProLiant for payroll
Experience overseeing payroll and benefits for a minimum of 200 employees null
