Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated Powder Coat Technician with over 5 years of experience in powder coating operations within a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with multiple lines and colors, and profound technical knowledge in powder coating techniques. Additionally, experience with In-Line Automated powder lines and programming equipment is essential. The role includes training associates, making it suitable for someone with a leadership mindset.
