About the Position:
Skin Clique values the support of its healthcare providers and seeks an organized Warehouse Coordinator to assist with warehouse operations. The role involves receiving, storing, and shipping products while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills are essential for relaying information, building strong business relationships, and ensuring timely shipments.
Reports to the Supply Chain and Logistics Manager
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
Organize stocks and maintain inventory.
Inspect products for defects and damages.
Monitor ingoing and outgoing shipments.
Arrange warehouse space efficiently.
Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately.
Check, verify, and complete customer invoices.
Adhere to all company safety and hygiene regulations.
Provide input on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
Ensure products meet regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned, including monthly inventory counts.
Requirements
Proven experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
Proficiency in warehouse data systems.
Strong team player with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to lift or move heavy products.
High school diploma.
