ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Charleston, West Virginia
Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Cancer Center supporting the medical records department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Charleston, WV
Pay Range: $15.04/per hour
What's the Job?
Answer all incoming phone calls for the Cancer Center
Triage calls and take messages appropriately
Scan all outside documentation
Respond to medical records requests in a timely manner
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent / GED
Ability to demonstrate competency through an initial orientation and ongoing competency validation to independently perform tasks and additional duties as specified in the job description and the unit/department specific competency checklist
Positive customer service and co-worker relations
Compliance with the company's attendance policy
Participation in the continuous, quality improvement activities of the department and institution
