Assists with the operation and maintenance of site pumps, waste water treatment plant, reverse osmosis plants, ozone machine, and generators. Performs routine maintenance on all areas of the park both interior and exterior. Responsible for performing light electrical repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, etc. Responsible for performing light plumbing work, such as clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, etc. The replacement or repair of broken glass, tile, screens, etc., is also required. Complete general maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, cleaning a/c filters and condensers, etc. Removes and refits awnings, as season requires Paints structures as needed Assist with the upkeep of the grounds as needed. Maintain grounds, including garden and yard upkeep, trimming, edging, mowing lawn, sweep park grounds, remove foliage, collect and empty trash, etc Operate mechanical equipment. Work around water and in elevated locations around wild animals. Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems. Inspect park facilities for safety and suitability Install necessary appliances and equipment Keep storage and maintenance work areas well-stocked, clean, and tidy. Assist with set up for special events at the park. Fill in as a grounds quality associate/housekeeper as needed. Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices. Works in a safe manner, recognize unsafe situations and takes appropriate action to ensure the safety of themselves and others around them. []{style="font-size:11 "}
