What you'll do SUMMARY: The National Account Sales Manager position will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing objectives in support of sales for company's specialty vehicles JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead the development of all industry shows, OEM events, and retail customer meetings relative to the show experience and messaging for company * Increase model acquisition with current customers and acquire new customers * Provide dealer support and training, as required, to drive increased sales * Support and serve on committees to maintain industry presence and awareness * Direct the development and execution of comprehensive, measurable strategic sales plans to meet the goals and objectives of the company * Oversee the development and maintenance of departmental budgets * Develop and deliver reports, proposals, presentations, etcetera * Work with Marketing Department to develop and implement aggressive and creative sales campaigns, promotions, and programs * Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on specialty vehicle sales opportunities * Oversee the development of plans, programs, and promotions to improve market penetration and meet corporate objectives * Generate and develop new business to meet specified goals * Maintain and nurture new and existing client relationships to ensure existing customers are contacted regularly to safeguard customer satisfaction and develop need-based marketing * Manage consistent growth within client base * Develop contacts with selected staffing clients and strategic partners * Manage customer relations including but not limited to sales leads, research, cold calling, qualifying leads, developing leads, and customer service * Develop and implement sales action plans, dealer interface, and training with objectives and strategies to increase revenue and aggressively acquire new accounts * Seek and create opportunities to expand business with current clients - identify further business needs and develop and present solutions * Grow existing accounts and prospective clients to full potential and generate maximum revenue on a long-term basis * Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepare post-event reports and analysis * Analyze existing and anticipated client needs and promote company services to fill requirements * Manage the preparation and implementation of sales and business development plans,
