Hiring Building Maintenance Technicians

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of work including the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds in assigned area(s). Essential functions and responsibilities of the position repairing fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances and office equipment. Will be responsible for inspecting assigned areas on a routine basis and performing minor maintenance as needed to keep facility in a functioning condition.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

HVAC Experience is a plus but not required

Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and posses ability to effectively communicate with building occupants.
