TEKsystems Business Process Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina


The Program Manager is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join the team as they spin up a new program in Consumer Lending. Their goal is to simplify current processes and create more organization across the current silos. This person will be responsible for reviewing current processes, identifying areas with gaps, and highlighting where they can make improvements. They will not necessarily be doing the actual improvements. They will then need to be able to document all of their findings then validate them. Partnership is going to be key. They will be working in an Agile environment, understanding of this would be helpful.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Experience with managing documentation (2+ years)

Ability to research, define, and analyze business problems

Strong research and analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and translate findings

Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: process improvements, continuous improvement, or LEAN

Experience identifying trends or areas of opportunity, including making recommendations for and/or developing operationally efficient policies and procedures

Ability to manage and work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

Strong collaborator and empathetic listener who works with diverse groups to solicit multiple perspectives

Excellent verbal interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Nice to haves:

Familiarity with intelligent automation and workflow tools (i.e. RPA, RDA, OCR, IBM, PEGA, etc.) is a nice to have but not required**

Process design/redesign and improvement experience a plus

2+ years of Collections, Recoveries or Back Office operations experience a plus
