Job Description:

Responsible for more complex tax planning, forecasting and compliance responsibilities Activities may include complying with tax reporting requirements of various government jurisdictions in a manner that minimizes tax liabilities or researching tax issues and developing effective tax minimization strategies. Supports achievement of business goals by working on more complex activities or projects with others within the unit and with partners. Leads projects and coordinates resources. May provide supervision to a small staff. Can manage partner relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of public accounting firm or industry experience in ASC 740

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to analyze US GAAP accounting and tax laws.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment in order to meet internal and external deadlines

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in related field
