Job Summary:
The Customer Relations Supervisor is responsible for having a firm understanding of customer service, client retention, analytical reporting. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, maintaining databases and workflow; prepare executive level financial reporting and various Customer Service responsibilities. This position is deadline and quality driven. This role is responsible for adhering to department established processes and standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of 4 Customer Support Reps
Manage multiple department Outlook mailboxes and assign work accordingly
Maintain daily work audits
Assist with Sector and Dept. reporting
Assist with Canteen Refund process
Manage the Canteen website inquiries and 1-800 line
Provide Ad hoc reports as requested by management
Formulate new methodologies to drive efficiencies within the dept.
Qualifications:
5+ years customer service and reporting experience
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables) and Access a must
Effective and Engaging Communicator- the ability to frame out complex scenarios in an easy-to-understand manner
Ability to problem solve and shift between the big picture and details to make sound judgments
Ability to work independently; prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
Ability to lead and train with a proactive and positive approach
