Description
Our client is confidentially seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their inhouse team. This role will support litigation, transactional, and corporate legal matters plus will help drive process improvements. Benefits include a hybrid schedule, generous PTO, generous 401k match, and benefits start day 1.
Requirements
7+ years of related experience in a law firm and/or inhouse corporate legal environment
Litigation claims administration experience preferred
Contract review, redlining and drafting experience preferred
Able to operate effectively autonomously required
Legal operations improvement experience preferred
Bachelors in legal studies or Paralegal Certification preferred
