Overview:

We are looking for a talented C# Developer, who is interested in growing their skills in an enterprise level environment. This developer will be working on a mission

critical application modernization initiative for the next three years. The goal of this work will be to ensure that our departments capabilities can support the new enterprise productivity tools in 2022/2023, e.g., Office 365, Chrome, Enhanced Mailbox, chat and text messaging.

Top 3 Skills:

• Application Development using C#.NET

• Front-end experience with JavaScript (Angular preferred but not required)

• Demonstrated desire to continuous learn which could include the pursuit of MIS/CIS degree or related certifications, etc.

Duration:

• 3 year contract with potential for conversion o a fulltime hire.

Location:

• This will sit in our facility in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite 3x/week.

Technical Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience C#

• 5+ years web development experience with ASP.NET and client side framework

• 5+ years of MS Sql Server development experience

• 3+ Working with TFS or GIT in a team environment

• 5+ designing medium to large applications

• Ability to quickly analyze, design and develop Microsoft based applications to solve business needs

• Able work in a team of local and remote developers working in a Scrum team(s)

• Experience with Visual Studio and.NET framework

• 1+ with Angular or other client side JavaScript framework

• Ability to build Windows services, WCF services, and web applications using C#

• Advanced MS SQL server skills

• Experience with delegates, thread management, multi-threading using Parallel libraries

• Solid understanding of object oriented principles and design patterns

• Able to build service oriented applications, n-tier architecture, web services, and consume web services (SOAP and REST)

• Familiar with big data like Hadoop

• Ability to work directly with customers to develop requirements and design then deliver end to end solutions

• Analyzes information and provides recommendations to address technical and business issues

• Experience working with a team to build, test, and document application functionality

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TFS and MSbuilds

• Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Kendo UI

• Experience with TDD, and Unit Tests

• Experience with client-side development using custom JS, jQuery or other AJAX libraries

• Knowledge of Scrum, Agile SDLC

• Knowledge of HTML5 frameworks
