Adecco US, Inc. Operations Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist to join our client’s team in Charlotte, NC. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day cash movements, reconciling accounts, and building strong relationships with internal and external partners. This role offers competitive compensation ( $22.12/hour ) with the potential for extension at the end of the 3 month contract period.

Work Schedule: Rotating Schedule, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Hybrid schedule, 3 days in office, 2 remote.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Experience with funding and wires

  • Back-office experience

  • Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, and position maintenance

  • Proficiency in wiring software/applications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Inquisitive nature

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a corporate treasury or financial services environment

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., OFAC)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Corporate Treasury in maintaining proper funding across all AMRS currencies.

  • Research and resolve issues related to cash movements across various products.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Trading, Sales, Corporate Treasury, and other functional teams.

  • Represent AMRS Funding and cash management initiatives.

  • Process wire transfers, check disbursements, journal entries, FX trade orders, and funding movements.

  • Assist with Audit, OFAC, and other regulatory inquiries.

  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks.

Pay Details: $22.12 per hour
