Hours: 7:00am to 5:00pm ( Hours may vary depending on business needs)

This position is responsible for timely and accurate processing payroll various branches. Personal integrity and strict confidentiality required. The person selected for this role will have the ability to work autonomously and diligently with little supervision. Collaborates with employees of all levels timely and respectfully. Must have the ability to multi-task and manage changing or competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Processing of weekly non-union payrolls

  • High volume payroll processing of 500 or more

  • Experience with multi state processing and understanding of reciprocity

  • Troubleshoot payroll issues and assist in answering employee inquiries

  • Work with other branches and assist local processors with Kronos submissions and processing the final payroll and auditing to ensure accuracy

  • Other projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalency required

  • CPP or FPC preferred

  • College Degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 3 years payroll experience in a high-volume payroll department

  • Multi State processing

  • Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, multinational environment

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills

  • Must be Detail - Oriented

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Ability to effectively plan and organize

  • Experience with Ceridian/ADP or UltiPro software preferred but not required

  • Experience with Microsoft products to include Excel (advance skills)
