Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Architect to join our firm in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong dedication to design and a drive to excel. This role includes developing projects from programming through procurement.
Responsibilities
Develop projects from programming through procurement.
Create schematic designs and construction documents.
Participate in design development and construction administration.
Draft and manage architectural designs using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
Produce floor plans, drawings, and space planning solutions.
Render architectural designs and manage project timelines.
Collaborate with consultants under the lead of a project manager.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
Experience with architectural design, drafting, and construction documentation.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and graphically.
Self-motivated and highly organized.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to produce construction documents in Revit.
Working knowledge of MS Office and Bluebeam.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Degree from an accredited school of architecture.
Architectural licensure with reciprocity in NC preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional work experience.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
