Wells Fargo Receivables Origination and Reporting Lead Product Manager in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new receivables products and enhancements to existing receivables products
Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major receivables products and services
Review and analyze complex major product lines and services
Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
Lead receivables related projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Treasury Management product experience
Understanding of Receivables Solutions and the value they provide to customers
Project Management experience including exposure to Agile methodology
Experience with automation of receivables solutions
Ability to present to senior leadership
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with internal stakeholders across the enterprise
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Charlotte, North Carolina: $84,000 - $149,400 Annually
New York, New York: $100,800 - $179,200 Annually

May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
