As a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent working remotely, you'll be a part of bringing humanity to business. In this role, we'll help expand on that experience and grow by paying for you to be reciprocally licensed in other states and invest in your continuing education credits, as well as any renewal costs. What You'll be Doing You'll be using the knowledge that you bring to the role by helping others and giving them peace of mind. Whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on health-related products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. ** Direct Hire Role
salary: $18 - $19 per hour

work hours: 6 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
As a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent, on a typical day, you'll
Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs
Be providing full lifecycle customer service and sales where you could accept inbound or might be calling out to provide follow up
Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
Shift: Open availability from 6am-2am EST Monday - Sunday - You will get a schedule, but open availability is preferred!
What you bring to the role:
Current health insurance license in your state of residence
High speed internet (>25 mbps)
Minimum of 6 months sales experience
Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
customer service orientation
High School Diploma or equivalent
Computer Experience
Skills
Insurance (1 year of experience is required)
Health Insurance Policies
Basic Computer Skills (1 year of experience is required)
Basic Software Skills (1 year of experience is required)
Enrolled Agent
Telephone Etiquette (1 year of experience is required)
Sales (1 year of experience is required)
