Wells Fargo Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant, National Branch Network Operational Excellence in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant as part of National Branch Network's Operations and Servicing Process Team. The Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant will leverage highly effective business, design, processes, and tools in support of critical business growth initiatives and strategic priorities. This person will participate in branch operations control, process improvement, process efficiency, risk management, data analytics, technology related matters, branch process and procedure reviews, change and implementation. They will provide senior level strategic consulting on key branch banking operations initiatives and leverage in-depth knowledge and expertise regarding Wells Fargo, Consumer and Small Business Banking, Branch Banking operations and transaction management, and emerging trends in the industry. This role will collaborate with senior leaders across Branch Banking and cross-functional teams to help will process improvement, data analytics and operations. In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for actively participating in branch banking process improvement, risk management, and process efficiency

  • Participate in risk management and branch operations control activities

  • Work with Compliance Partners and partners across business functions to develop implementation plans and lead full scale implementation of key strategic business initiatives

  • Review and resolve operations related complaints

  • Provide senior level strategic consulting on key branch banking operations initiatives

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge and expertise regarding Wells Fargo, CSBB, Branch Banking business strategy and emerging trends in the industry

  • Analyze complex data and present findings to senior leaders

  • Own branch banking processes

  • Collaborate with senior leaders across Branch Banking, enterprise support functions and cross-functional teams to help define the business strategy

  • Lead cross functional execution team meetings to facilitate decision making and support execution of recommendations and business initiatives

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to senior leaders

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment

  • Strong Strategic and conceptual thinking skills

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems

  • Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution

  • Ability to manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies

  • Experience managing complaints and objections effectively and professionally

  • Knowledge and understanding of banking: regulations, compliance, policies, process, and procedures

  • Knowledge and understanding of operations process analysis

  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

  • Strong risk management and compliance skills

  • Ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative in meetings customer and enterprise needs

  • Ability to effectively partner and influence at the executive level

  • Meeting facilitation experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment

  • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting, and SharePoint)

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • In depth knowledge of Branch Banking Operations

  • In depth knowledge of Branch Banking transaction management and its systems

Job Expectations:

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
