Senior Project Manager - Digitalization

We are seeking an expert and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead and run digitalization projects within our organization. The PM will be responsible for the successful implementation and integration of SAP, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)! This role requires a strategic problem solver with a strong background in digital transformation, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of these key systems!

A Snapshot of Your Day

  • Review project updates and progress reports. Work on project planning and scheduling.

  • Conduct a team meeting to discuss daily tasks and address any issues.

  • Meet with key partners to provide project updates and gather feedback.

  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure timely delivery of resources.

  • Conduct risk assessment and update the risk management plan.

  • Be responsible for system testing and troubleshooting sessions.

  • Provide mentorship and support to team members.

  • Prepare and send out a daily project status report to partners.

  • Ensure all team members are aligned with the project's goals and timelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Define project scope, goals, and results in alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the detailed execution of projects.

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Engage with partners to understand their requirements and ensure these are met. Facilitate collaboration and communication across teams and departments.

  • Own the implementation and integration of SAP, PLM, and MES systems.

  • Ensure the systems are configured to meet the needs of the business and align with industry standards.

  • Supervise system testing, troubleshooting, and validation processes. Monitor and lead project risks and issues proactively.

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement. Implement standard processes and lessons learned in future projects.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience, in project management, specifically in digital transformation projects. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.

  • Proven experience in implementing and running SAP, PLM, and MES systems. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and digitalization strategies.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
