As a Sr ISC Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing new product implementation projects across the service and repair plants within North America’s Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and drive operational excellence. With your strong project management skills and expertise, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from understanding when the manufacturing site begins production and when repair units are expected to arrive at the North American facilities. Your ability to effectively manage resources, mitigate risks, and deliver projects on time and within budget will be key in driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Sr Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of new product launches and drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage new product implementation projects across the North American service and repair plants, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project milestones are achieved.

  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and leadership. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

    MUST HAVE:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in new product implementation or supply chain operations.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

    WE VALUE:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain, Business).

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in the implementation of new products.

  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
