Talent Aquisition Manager

This Is What You’ll Do:

  • Leads a team of Recruiters to achieve hiring plans within their market; responsible for providing coaching and development to ensure performance objectives are achieved and in accordance with policy and procedures.

  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws pertaining to employment and hiring practices.

  • Monitors and reports on key benchmarks for measuring results by creating open positions reports and by analyzing cost-per-hire, days to fill, candidate sources, candidate quality, and candidate and manager satisfaction with recruiting and hiring results.

  • Supports and executes on creative recruiting programs and methods that enhance recruiting results and reduce cost-per-hire, including hosting job fairs, advertising via job boards, and exploiting college recruitment.

  • Is a key point of contact for hiring managers in planning current and future staffing needs, defining candidate qualifications, g compensation within the Company’s salary guidelines, and resolving questions, issues, and concerns about staffing and recruiting performance.

  • Interacts with business leaders to resolve problems or concerns and to report on activities/results.

  • Complete various human resources, financial, administrative and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or necessary.

    This Is What It Takes:

  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous management experience in talent acquisition and recruiting preferred. 5 years of talent acquisition experience required.

  • Previous experience with high volume recruiting.

  • Excellent relationship management skills, with proven ability to establish credibility and partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and needs and create and execute talent acquisition plans.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to execute fast-paced and high volume recruitment efforts.

  • Strong customer-service orientation and influencing skills.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, and working knowledge of current recruitment and talent sourcing practices and strategies, including use of social media and digital marketing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strategic, creative and innovative thinking skills, ability to exercise sound judgement.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
